01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InstaTrove at www.instatrove.com (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union), have read and understood these Terms of Service ("Terms"), and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. InstaTrove reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
02Description of Service
InstaTrove (also known as InstaSaver) is a free, web-based Instagram downloader that allows users to save publicly available content from Instagram, including Reels, Photos, Stories, IGTV videos, and Profile Pictures. The Service operates by processing publicly accessible Instagram URLs provided by the user — no login or Instagram account is required. InstaTrove does NOT: • Store, host, or redistribute any downloaded Instagram content on its own servers • Access private or restricted Instagram accounts • Require or collect your Instagram login credentials • Guarantee continuous availability, as Instagram may change its platform at any time
03No Affiliation with Instagram or Meta
InstaTrove is an independent, third-party service. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "Instagram" is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. All rights in the Instagram brand, platform, and content belong to their respective owners.
04Permitted Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include: • Downloading your own publicly posted Instagram content for personal backup • Downloading publicly available content for personal, non-commercial use, where permitted by the content creator • Educational or research purposes in compliance with applicable copyright law (e.g., fair use/fair dealing doctrines)
05Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to: • Download or reproduce content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party • Download content for commercial use, resale, or redistribution without the explicit permission of the content owner • Harass, stalk, or violate the privacy of any individual by downloading their content without consent • Attempt to circumvent Instagram's security measures or access private, restricted, or password-protected content • Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Service in bulk • Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations • Use the Service to download content involving minors in any inappropriate context
06Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content downloaded through InstaTrove is the intellectual property of the original content creator or rights holder. Downloading content does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of downloaded content complies with: • Instagram's Terms of Use (instagram.com/terms) • The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction • The EU Copyright Directive and other applicable regional copyright laws • The express or implied permission of the original content creator InstaTrove respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. 07User Responsibility and Liability
You acknowledge and agree that: • You use the Service entirely at your own risk • InstaTrove acts solely as a technical facilitator and does not review, monitor, or take responsibility for the content you download • You are solely liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of downloaded content • InstaTrove cannot and does not guarantee that using this Service complies with Instagram's Terms of Use, and you accept that your Instagram account may face restrictions as a result of third-party tool usage
08DMCA Compliance
InstaTrove complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international copyright law. If you are a copyright owner and believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your rights, please send a written notice to legal@instatrove.com including: 1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed 2. Identification of the infringing material and its location 3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number) 4. INSTATROVE MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING: • The availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service • That the Service will meet your specific requirements • That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure • That any defects in the Service will be corrected YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSTATROVE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.
10Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSTATROVE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill • Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service • Actions taken by Instagram or Meta against your account as a result of using third-party tools IN NO EVENT SHALL INSTATROVE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED USD $0 (ZERO DOLLARS), AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
11Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InstaTrove and its operators from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use or misuse of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party intellectual property or other rights • Any content you download and subsequently use
12Termination
InstaTrove reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the Service for any user, at any time and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that user has violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.
13Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. For users in the European Union, your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law are not affected. For users in the United States, any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Users worldwide remain subject to the laws of their own country of residence.
